Hello, I’m your host, Karen Yankovich. And I had so much fun getting to know Theresa Rand on this episode of The Good girls get rich podcast. Teresa really leans into supporting women in a really powerful way and I knew that you needed to meet her. So I am going to just jump in with my conversation with Theresa Rand. I am here today with Teresa Rand and Teresa is the founder and president of Rand consulting, a firm specializing in speaking training and executive level career coaching for individuals and businesses. She has a John Maxwell trainer, a certified Gallup strengths and disc behavioral assessments coach, a yoga teacher and a stress reduction meditation guide. She holds certificates in dei and women’s leadership from E. Cornell and University of South Florida along with being a certified facilitator of the entrepreneurial mindset curriculum. So the entrepreneurial Learning Initiative. Teresa is the founder of the boss lady community which is a woman’s membership group dedicated to empowering, embracing and educating all women. Teresa holds a BS in business administration from Jacksonville University. She worked for the YMCA for more than 30 years, retiring as the CEO of the Volusia Flagler YMCA Association in Daytona Beach, Florida. And in her career, she’s managed budgets from 3 million to 35 million employees numbering over 1000. She’s the past chair of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce sits on various community boards. And she and her husband have five children, seven grandchildren and in her spare time she’s completed 11 marathons, multiple triathlons and an outward bound sailing excursion, and a skydiving adventure. Teresa, oh my goodness, like whenever I think I’m busy, I interview people like you on my podcast and like, okay, maybe I’m not so busy. Thanks so much for being here.

Teresa Rand 2:04
You’re welcome. I’m glad to be here. And all of that stuff’s over a lot of years.

Karen Yankovich 2:09
Yeah, I get that. I got that.

Teresa Rand 2:11
But it wants right. Yeah,

Karen Yankovich 2:12
well, I’m catching up to you, I have four children, but I’m not planning on catching up to the five. But I have by just had my fifth grandchild. So I’m catching up to there. And it’s just so much fun, right to be moving into this chapter of our lives. And in a way and I don’t know, you know, I don’t know if this is true for you. But I’m gonna say it might have been being that you were, you know, the CEO for the YMCA. Moving into in a chapter where I am the CEO of my own business in my own life, and can work out my schedule to be able to be there when I want to be there and not be responsible to show up in an office nine to five, Monday to Friday.

Teresa Rand 2:50
It’s the best of both worlds, and especially in this stage of life. You know, I left the YMCA, but I didn’t want to retire, I wanted to I still wanted to work. I just thought, you know, I want to do something different. And I also want to do something different than involve my family, you know, as it was a growing family. And, you know, like two weeks ago, my daughter had a little bit of surgery. So I worked from her house. Because the baby, she’s four, she’s in pre K. And so she was gone during the day, and I was able to be there at night and in the mornings to help. And I couldn’t have done that as easily. Or take your vacation time and then you don’t get a real vacation.

Karen Yankovich 3:28
Right, right. Exactly, exactly. So there’s so much to unpack here. But one of the things that I love about what I read and by the way, I don’t know, Teresa that well so you guys that are listening in to learn about Theresa as I’m learning about Theresa. So when I read your bio, and I see all the things that you’ve done, I love that you have this like I feel like this applies to me too. So I love when I meet other people’s like that like this, this right brain left brain thing going on, right? You’ve got this, I can tell that you were you know, John Maxwell and strategy and gallop strengths and just behavioral assessments, and yoga and meditation and stress reduction. I often joke like, I’m the only LinkedIn strategy strategist I know, that talks about your power chakra while while we’re talking about building your personal brand, you know, but I think it’s important because all the strategy in the world isn’t going to help you if your mindset isn’t in the right place. And I think that’s specifically for women. And a lot of women that listen to the show, that’s the thing. That’s the thing. So tell me as you kind of left your corporate job and you went into this business of your own did you What brought you to have this like this variety of certifications and trainings that you

Teresa Rand 4:36
have? You know, I think that what started out for me I have to go back to when I started my career with the YMCA. I actually started as a fitness instructor. So okay, so far fetch that 30 years later, I re upped all my certifications that you know, I remember when I got my first promotion to a management job, and I still wanted to teach aerobic classes. Well, that didn’t always fit the schedule of when the CEO needed me to be in a meeting. And he finally said to me, it’s really up to you, you can be the teacher or you can be the principal, but you can’t be both. So I remember that vividly. And I thought, Okay, I’ll just have to take aerobics when I get off work, I can’t just teach them. So fast forward, I moved up through the organization and moved to three different cities and states in my career. And when I left, and I’ve always worked out, I’ve always enjoyed working out. And so during COVID, I decided to re up for my personal training, certification. And right before COVID, I got my yoga certification. So it’s a love that I’ve always had found that it was something and I taught right up until COVID, I had my own little studio, just a small studio that would only help five or six people. And then after COVID, nobody wanted to be in a small studio. Right, all right. And fortunately, my consulting side of work has has picked up post COVID. So I’m only teaching myself yoga now.

Karen Yankovich 6:07
So tell me though, tell me about them the direction that you decided to take your career because I understand leaving corporate wanting to continue to do something productive and, you know, maybe earn some extra money and to to really show up and really support people in some with some of the things you’ve learned over the years. What brought you to the women’s leadership or just the leadership in general on the the executive career coaching? What made you choose that path?

Teresa Rand 6:35
Well, you know, as so many women, at least women that I talked to, we don’t recognize our own accomplishments and strengths very well, hey, man, can I get a hallelujah are very well. So when I thought about leaving the why I hired a coach two years out, because I, I thought I was not capable of doing anything else. I basically had the same job my entire career. And I thought, I want to do something, but who’s gonna hire me? You know, all I’ve done is the same thing. And I remember my coach saying, Are you kidding me? Nipple when I listed? She said, first of all, you’ve been in three different associations ranging from 2 million to 35 million. I don’t think that’s the same job for 30 years. Right? Right, right, all these different boards, all these different, you know, see our board chairs, you know, like you have a different balls every two years. So she helped me over a year period of time, package that things that I didn’t recognize the skills that I had learned and that I had into a business. And I’ve always loved personality assessments, I use them my entire career that were used on me in hiring way back in the day, and I use them to the day I left on hiring in coaching my own staff. So during that two year period, I went and got myself certified to actually coach in those because I’d always hired consultants to do that. And I thought, well, they can do that, I can do that. So that’s kind of the game plan I had, but it took me a year to make the business plan. And then it took me another year to execute it and get up the nerve to write the resignation letter.

Karen Yankovich 8:16
Because well, you know what, though, I love that you did that. And I, you know, I think the timing of this conversation is important because so many women and men, but so many people, I guess, now that were you know, hopefully on the other side of the pandemic, they you know, many of them went to this many people who talked, we hear so much about things like the great resignation, the great reshuffling. So many people, first of all, didn’t go back to what they used to do, but many people did. And now they’re like, I don’t, I don’t want to do this anymore. Like, there’s gotta be a better way. And, and I don’t, you know, it took a global pandemic, for us to have our eyes open to see that we don’t have to do what we’ve done every day of our lives, right. So. So there’s a lot of people, certainly a lot of people that listen to the show that are in that kind of a transitional mindset, like, what is my next chapter? Can it be different? And what does it look like? And, you know, what you said is, so it’s such a common theme that I hear too, because some of the people that some of the women that I talk to, they have the expertise, but because they don’t have the experience as a consultant, they don’t feel qualified or they don’t feel like they can do it, but yet you have the expertise. So I love that your coach kind of kicked you in the butt a little bit and said, Are you kidding me? Right? Because there’s lots of people that don’t have the expertise, right, that are that are out there trying to market this stuff you do. We need smart, successful people to be out there, you know, sharing their experience with us,

Teresa Rand 9:41
and you know, care and what’s really funny to me in looking back is my I was 55 when I retired and my coat from the why. And my coach was in her 40s And I remember hearing her speak somewhere a couple of years before I hired her and I just she just resonated with me. So when I started looking for a coach, she was one of the ones I interviewed, not hired her. And her perspective helped me think in a way that my 55 year old brain that had been in the same job for 30 years, didn’t think about, credit her to this day with helping me think, beyond my own little world of what I was capable or not capable of, you know, she had me do some crazy things, writing letters to yourself and all these things, but she is of the generation I think that better sees work life balance than my generation. I get that. I get that as a woman, because you certainly didn’t go in and say I need to take off for Johnny’s doctor appointment or say that you you hit all that stuff. And this generation moms and dads are saying, No, we have a family. And we need

Karen Yankovich 10:58
to do both. Thank goodness, thank goodness, right? Well, they’ll leave and go somewhere else that will let us do that. Right. Right. And I’m so glad that they’re doing that. I’m so glad that. I don’t know why we didn’t. Well, we couldn’t I mean, we really truly couldn’t I. But but here we are, right? And here’s the thing, like I love that you you know, I remember when I was in corporate, I didn’t know that I needed a coach, I didn’t even understand coaching. I thought you need to learn something, you take a class read a book, like what what is this coaching thing? And now I wouldn’t be without a

Teresa Rand 11:34
coach. Yeah, I agree. I agree. A good friend of mine says, you know, he uses the analogy as a sports analogy. But he uses the analogy of famous golfer Tiger Woods and says he has like three or four coaches. He’s got a Swing Coach, he’s got a mindset coach, he’s got a strength training coach, you know, and he’s the greatest golfer in the world, you say? Why would we not need somebody to ask the questions that we don’t even know to ask ourselves?

Karen Yankovich 12:01
Yeah, yeah. So I want to take this conversation down a path that you may not be expecting, but it’s what I’m thinking about when I read your bio. So I think about, you know, what I, when I work with people on their LinkedIn or PR strategy, it’s really all about relationships, like good old fashioned, you know, timeless, who are the people I need to have on my calendar to to further my career, right. So you know, I have this I have this like, kind of like, love hate relationship with AI, although it’s becoming more and more of a love relationship. But there is a tool that a lot of people don’t know about. And I’m wondering if you know about it, it’s called Crystal nose. And basically, it is a it’s a DISC Assessment Plugin on LinkedIn. So what it basically does is it crawls the internet, and it tells you the DISC profile, so the person whose LinkedIn profile you’re looking at, so that when you get on the phone with them, you and it directs you be casual, be formal, the, you know, this person wants you to get to the point this person wants you to ask about their cat’s this person, you know, whatever. You know, obviously, it’s not that specific. But it’s a really interesting tool, I think, because a lot of people overlook things like disc assessments and don’t think they think about it from themselves, but they don’t think about it for the people they’re interacting with. Right. So tell me when I say that to you, what does that what is it? I mean, I don’t know how accurate it is. I think in some cases, it’s more accurate than others. I’ve I’ve experimented with a few people with it to see what they think. And some people think it’s pretty accurate. And some think it’s not. But it’s basically just kind of combing the internet for what it can learn about you. Right? It’s not right, so the information that’s out there, exactly. So you know, it’s so it’s never going to be as good as you taking the actual test. That being said, like what is your reaction to that? What do you think about doing something using that tool, I

Teresa Rand 13:48
love it, I use another less well known assessment called codebreaker. And it’s like a two minute assessment and your either a blueprint and action a knowledge or nurture, nurture or knowledge, it spells bank. But the whole point of that when I go into companies, whether I use that one or dis our strengths, disk and bank are probably my two favorites, that codebreaker is that I want you to know yourself, but I really want you to pay attention to the other people on your team. You communicate, the way you communicate, you’re going to miss the mark with 80% of the people in the room that aren’t just like you, right? You’re thinking they’re not hearing you or they’re not listening. And they are listening, but you’re not speaking in their language. And so we need to understand I’m not asking people to change who they are.

Karen Yankovich 14:44
I love that. You’re saying that cuz that was exactly what I was going not asking

Teresa Rand 14:47
you to change who you are. But if I’m negotiating or working on a project with you, or selling you something, if you can’t hear me, it’s not going to have a good outcome. All right. So it’s okay if I am a very, I’m a D on disk, very dominant over the line, all of that. So I am a, let’s just get stuff done. I will forget to ask about your cats. I will later the project’s done. But by then you think I don’t care about you. And if you’re to have small talk, if I can figure that out ahead of time, we’re going to communicate way better than if I just bulldoze my way through. And vice versa. If you want to talk about the cats ad nauseam, it that’s not going to work for me. Right? You’re on the same team. And we know that about each other. Heck, if I know that about my husband, yes. Who will talk about the cats louder than me? Yeah, yeah, no, but we’re just going to, we’re gonna like each other better. And when we know like, and trust each other better, we work together better, if I love that fascinating.

Karen Yankovich 16:04
Hi, it’s Karen. And I want to just pop in for a second. And just remind you how amazing it is when you bring people like to Risa Rand into your life who had brought her into mind. You know, the LinkedIn and PR strategies that we teach in our she’s linked up program are focused on just that it’s focused on who are the people that you want to have on your calendar, and you want to bring into your life and you want to surround yourself with so that you can build a life as a wealthy woman of influence. And it is there for you. I know that to be true. I see it happen time and time again, with the people that join our she’s linked up program to 12 week program, it’s not gonna take you forever, but it will teach you to fish, we teach you the process on how to authentically use LinkedIn to build the kinds of relationships that can bring you in more big fat contracts that can bring you in JV partnerships. And that can help you build relationships with a podcast host and the journalists that write about the kinds of things you do to help you establish that credibility. I wake up every single morning, so grateful for the amazing women I get to have in my life as a result of the work I do with this program. And I want that for you too. So if you want to know what it looks like to just learn a little bit more about the program, see if maybe it’s a fit, for you to step into a new chapter in your world and in your life. I’d love to chat, I have a spot on the calendar, Karen yankovich.com/call, get you to the calendar. And we’ll have a chat. We’ll definitely support you either way. But if we think it’s a fit to support, you will tell you what that looks like. maybe now’s the time, maybe the time will be in a couple months. Who knows. But the first step is grabbing a time on the calendar. And taking that first step down your path. Karen yankovich.com/called gets you there. And now we’re going to go back to my conversation with Teresa. You go to Karen yankovich.com/tools. I have a list of the tools that I use and Crystal noses on there. So if anybody’s

Teresa Rand 18:03
talking about hey, n o Ws is it is

Karen Yankovich 18:06
okay crystal like, you know, yeah, like rubies and diamonds and, and nano Ws. But if you go to anyone I don’t even if I have a whole tool section on my website of the tools that we use. But for me, it’s really truly about the people and and I would imagine if you’re if you’re doing executive training and coaching, the better you can build rapport in a relationship, business and otherwise, right, the faster you’re going to get to where you want to get with it, even if we’re that answer is, is we’re not a good fit. Right? Because sometimes that’s that’s just as good to learn as soon as possible as well. Absolutely. But, you know, I think that’s I think that as you know, as we move into this wacky world of AI personal knows has been around a while a while when I first started using it, I was like, Oh my gosh, this is creepy. Because it really gives you it actually tells you here’s an email you can send to this person like it. It literally gives you you know, the words to use and the things you know things to say. And at first I took it I took it as like this is creepy and then I was like well this tool is out there. Right other people using this tool. So how can I use this tool and still stay in integrity with relationship building in integrity with who I am? Right? Like like I’m a DEA as well so I get it if I if if I go in knowing somebody needs me to be more casual and ask about their cats I say it’s not that I don’t care about your cats right I do care about your cats. I don’t think about them though. So I know going in that you want me to you know they’re gonna be like rather than happy to talk about cats right? But if but it goes if I know going in you want me to be and it’s just as important by the way to know when people want to be formal. Right when you want they want you to get I don’t care if you’re formal in you know, with my with my DISC profile, but I do like to get to the point so but there are people that want you to be really formal with them and I want to and I want to respect that. Right? So I know that about you going in and It’s a really cool, I think disc profiling is a really cool tool to help us really understand the people that we have to interview that we choose to interact with

Teresa Rand 20:08
as we build our business. And I think, you know, it’s just like if you’re using a, you know, in the codebreaker, I you were talking about writing emails, if I know your code, and I’ve been doing it long enough now that I can pretty much figure your code out without you take into this particular example, assessment, but I can write an email to you and put it in this software. And it helps me determine is this email written for an action oriented person? Or is it written for a nurturer? And I don’t copy the words word for word any way that you should, with any AI tool, right? To my own words, but it’s helping me be communicate in a better way. I’m not saying something I wouldn’t say, alright, attending to be something, you know, I guess to say, the ultimate is you either have that integrity or you don’t. And, unfortunately, you can use these tools if you don’t have integrity. But, you know, that’s why we get all these crazy calls. And, you know, there’s always those people, but we can’t design our life based on those people.

Karen Yankovich 21:17
Yeah. Okay. So let’s move into the boss lady community, what made you start to shift to found that community, you know, it’s

Teresa Rand 21:27
a crazy story, there was a young woman who lived in our community, and she actually started the original boss lady for our community in 2014. And then up to move to Mexico. And I had been a speaker at her conference, the first year, she had a conference back in 2016 17. And then she moved, and I just kept hearing in the community, people miss that gathering of women and the educational and all of that. And finally, I pulled a group of seven or eight women together, took them out to lunch and said, Okay, I know all of you were part of lycees. Boss, lady, tell me what you like, why are you missing it, bla bla bla. And in a year, I started the community over again, I bought all Lacey’s intellectual property, because she said she’s never coming back to Florida. She loves Mexico, she’s doing her thing. So I started the community. And it is a membership based community and we empower, educate and embrace all women, it’s it we do business together, but we say we’re not a networking community. Because we we are there like we have several doctors, we have several therapists, we have several realtors, it’s not you can only be the only one in the group. God, I love that you’re doing that because I feel like it’s less forced. It’s more natural. Yeah, we’re not there to sell our business. We talk about it. But we’re there to, we really are investing in ourselves through the education and primarily through the conference that we have every year. And this will be our third annual conference. And we have a fabulous woman, she goes back to gain her last names beginning at the varia. So she’s just the game.com award winning international speaker. I’ve known her for 20 years. And she was a consultant with the Y back 20 years ago when I was young executive in the why. And then I didn’t see her for 15 or 18 years, and her name came across my Facebook. And I was like, Wait, there’s not too many pain areas in the world. So we reconnected and she’s my keynote speaker this year, which I’m really excited about really excited about. So we got a lot of good things. And I love working with this women’s community love it.

Karen Yankovich 23:43
So for the last three years you’ve had in person events in Florida, and

Teresa Rand 23:47
we have well, you know, Florida State pretty open during True.

Karen Yankovich 23:52
True. That’s That’s very true. That’s very true. We did like it or not.

Teresa Rand 23:57
The first one was in 2001. And it was two weeks after the Omicron Omicron variant was you know, we thought we were out of it. And then here this comes. And we decided to move forward. You know, we had all the protocols, the hotel had all the protocols, you know, we had to do all that extra stuff. But we had 65 Women for a three day conference. So we were happy with that last year, we had 75. And this year, we hope to have over 100

Karen Yankovich 24:22
And that’s amazing. So tell us a little bit about the conference. Yeah,

Teresa Rand 24:26
this year’s conference is called called to lead, which is a book that began has written she’s co authored a book and we’re using that as our theme. We always use a book for the theme, our keynote speakers, usually an author, I’m an avid reader. Last year it was called harness your inner CEO and the author was our keynote. So we pick a theme and then we pick our speakers. We pick our keynote, obviously, and we have switched this year. We’re a two day conference where Thursday and Friday, the hotel’s a fabulous brand new hotel right on the beach in Daytona Beach. So can If you come for the conference Thursday, Friday, and maybe stay Saturday and Sunday enjoy, because it’s still hot here in September. So it’s a perfect time to be at the beach. And we also have an h of global HR specialist speaking this year, she is the Chief People Officer of insurance company. That’s nationwide fortune 100 company, they have over 15,000 employees. So she’s going to talk to us about what’s going on post COVID in the working world. So that is stuff for entrepreneurs and a little bit of stuff if you’re in corporate America. So looking forward to it. Yeah. Wow, that

Karen Yankovich 25:36
sounds amazing. That sounds amazing. Before we wrap up, I want I want you to tell everybody how they can learn more about that conference. But like, what else is there about your journey that, that you want to stand out, and you want to kind of showcase for our audience here, because I think that there’s a lot I’m guessing that there’s at least one person, if not 100, or 1000, people listening that are like, I need to find the courage to leave my job and do this, right. And it takes courage, believe me, I’ve done it, you’ve done it, it takes courage.

Teresa Rand 26:10
Right out of my mouth, if there’s something in your gut, telling you there’s something different, you should be particularly like the word should be maybe that you want to be doing. Don’t jump off the cliff without a plan. You know, so often, if we’re so frustrated in our job, and we get to the boiling point, we just go in and quit. That doesn’t serve anybody well. Now, I’m not talking about if there’s unethical, you know, all of those things, abuse of any kind, but make a plan and you may not ever execute plan, you may get a plan and decide such good advice. That’s not for me. You know, it took me two years, my coach finally said to me, I will continue to take your money as long as you want to pay me. But you have a decision to make. Yeah, it took me another year to say I’m ready. Yeah. So it’s not something to be done lightly. But you know, the advice I give to young women, young anybody is listen to your gut. Don’t be stupid. Can I say that? But pay attention to your gut?

Karen Yankovich 27:20
Yeah. Was there ever a moment that you regretted it? Yeah, I’d

Teresa Rand 27:24
love that question. Because I loved working for the YMCA. I loved it. My race my kids there. It’s a great charitable organization. And I thought I would have moments. And I can honestly say, I have not had a moment. I have not stepped foot in the why I’ve still give charitably and all of that. But I I love what I’m doing. It was time for me. Right? I was just gonna say that. It feels like maybe it was your time somebody else step in and do I don’t think I could have done it even five years earlier, I wouldn’t have been ready. Right? Just something kept telling me you want to do something different? Yeah, I knew what the heck that was.

Karen Yankovich 28:08
Right. Something and you know what I did? You know what I? So I think that what, what I what I believe is that when you eat with your with, even with all your coaching, and even with all your planning and strategy, it isn’t until you start doing it, that you start to really understand where it’s going to go. And I think it shifts it’s I think that’s the nature of being an entrepreneur, it’s the nature of being a consultant or a coach is that as the world shifts, or as you know, as like you shifted into doing this conference, this women’s conference, right that you really didn’t set out to do when you left your job right so so I think that plan, but understand that it’s not going to be what you think it’s going to end up being something different anyway,

Teresa Rand 28:48
always the case half of our life anyway, right? We went to college four is not what we ended up doing exactly what we we don’t know what’s going to happen. And not everybody, you know, if I can just say if you’re not happy in your job, or you feel a disconnect or discomfort, it doesn’t mean you want to be an entrepreneur, you may just want a different job. This to not cut everybody I was not cut out for this 15 years ago when my kids were little and I was the sole breadwinner and you know, there’s no way yep, matter what I wanted to do. I had three babies to feed. But there were times if one way to go to another set. You can do that soul searching without having to be an entrepreneur.

Karen Yankovich 29:35
I love that. I love that. Okay, so tell us how people can learn more about you learn more about the work you do. And learn more about your conference. Yeah,

Teresa Rand 29:42
it’s very simple. You go to Theresa ran.com. And it’s t r e sa No, ah, and Rand is r a n d so it’s Teresa ran.com. There’s a link for the bus lady community link for the conference. The link for the work I do with organizations Like for pictures of my grandkids, maybe? They’re not all that, although, that might be a good idea. But they’re

Karen Yankovich 30:08
not. Yeah, yeah, I have that. Do I have a dance that dance with? You know, it’s not really my choice. My it’s I don’t get to choose whether or not they get to be that visible, right? It’s their parents choice. So

Teresa Rand 30:18
I have my phone right here where I accidentally put some pictures of three of my little ones. Because I got excited. It was such great pictures. And then I was like, so I texted my daughter in law and said, Oh, my gosh, I forgot to ask permission. And I agree with both. I have two a daughter and a daughter in law who are like, I don’t want them blasted all over social media. I said, I’ll take them down. She said, No, that’s okay. But you always ask, it’s okay that you forgot what?

Karen Yankovich 30:46
Yes, I get that. I get that. And we just get so excited. Because they’re just so much. You’re so cute. So cute. Right? Right. At the time that we’re recording this, my youngest friend, baby is on 234 days, five days old. Oh, wow. The brand new one.

Karen Yankovich 32:15
one of my favorite things about doing this podcast is the getting to meet people like Teresa getting to have all these amazing, beautiful women in my life. And and it really comes down to the authentic relationships that I build, not the fake influencers, stuff that’s out there. But truly just being yourself and leaning into having beautiful conversations with beautiful people that can elevate your business, your life and your bank account. It’s truly about stepping into a new identity. And or maybe just kind of blending a new identity in with the identity that you are stepping from right. So it’s not it doesn’t need to be such a harsh change. But it is about taking those steps in that direction. You know, so many women that I speak to have such beautiful big ambitions, their energy and their vibe does not match the ambitions that they have. And we know this right, we see this happen all the time. And things like New Year’s resolutions, we have all these big resolutions in January. And then by like the end of January, we’re like not so much. We need your energy and your vibe to match your aspirations. And that is what we are here for that is what I am. That’s what I stand for. And that’s what I’m here for with our shoes linked up program. So if you want to know what this looks like, the first step is grabbing a spot on our calendar. I mean, you know, the second step is up to you. But the first step is grabbing a spot on the calendar at Karen yankovich.com/call. I want there to be more wealthy women of influence in the world more women that have more money, change the world and and that can be you.
