Karen, hello and welcome back to the rich woman reset, where we’re spending December,

stepping into our next chapter with clarity, with grace and with grounded confidence. I’m your

host, Karen Yankovich, and today’s episode is so powerful because we’re going to be talking

about your ability to turn your life’s work, your career experience, your brilliance, into your high

income offer, not a side hustle, not another job, right? High Value, deeply aligned offer that

pays you generously for what you already know how to do, for what you’re doing and what you

love to be doing. This is the rich woman way. Let’s dive in. So you know, women often think

they need the whole curriculum, right? They need the whole thing. There are studies that show

if there’s a job offer that has 10 requirements, a man will apply for that job if he’s got five of

those 10 requirements. But a woman practically needs 12, right? Like, we feel like we need to

be ready. And, you know, I get it. I get it. I think that way too. We need a new certification or a

perfectly crafted offer before we can charge these premium prices. But your offer is not built

from perfection. It’s built from pattern recognition, right? What have people come to you for

your whole life? What problems do you solve without even trying, that you can do easily, that

you enjoy doing and that come naturally to you, right? What results come naturally to you that

other people struggle with, right? So you’ve been doing this for maybe 20 years, right? You just

haven’t been charging for it. So that changes now. That changes now. So let’s think about the

formula here. The rich woman offer formula. Step one, your expertise, right? What is that thing

you’ve mastered through experience? It’s not theoretical. It’s lived wisdom. What are you good

at? I’m telling you, there’s an audience for everything, right? So we just have to get really clear

on what your zone of brilliance is. And then the second part of the rich woman offer formula is

your outcome, right? What is the specific, tangible shift that your work creates? Right? People

pay for outcomes. They don’t pay for your hours. They pay for the results that they get when

they engage with you, right? So you need to spend some time thinking about, first, what your

expertise is, and then what is on the other side of it, for the people that come to you for that

expertise. The third part of this is your process. Right? You probably already have one, right,

even if we say it’s a custom design process, chances are you take people through a very similar

path, even no matter what we’re doing, right, you just don’t see it because it’s second nature to

you. Your process is a pattern on how you’re solving these things, and it’s already there. I just

want you to spend some time and think about it, maybe like whiteboard it or or mind map it, or

get sticky notes all over your walls, whatever it is, but get some clarity around that. And now

this is the fun part. Your identity, right clients by confidence and clarity your identity as a high

income woman, it immediately elevates your perceived value of your offer, right? Nobody

wants to go like, think about yourself, right, like you want to get a great massage, right? But

you really don’t want to get a great massage, like, in the dregs of the basement somewhere.

You want to feel good about who you’re investing in, even if it means you have to pay moremoney. That’s what people want from you. You have to show up with your your create your

identity as this high income woman that doesn’t settle for second best, and that elevates the

value, the perceived value of your offer. And then we have to you have to be seen, right? And

often without visibility is a secret, right? So who wants to be the best kept secret in town? Not

me. That’s for sure. Your visibility, interest introduces you to the people who already want what

you do. So let me repeat these five again, your expertise, your outcome, your process, your

identity and your visibility, right? That’s five put together, these five elements create high

ticket magnetism, and that’s what we want, right? We don’t want to be out there spamming

who people to come to us. We want people to come to us. So, you know, you know, if you’re

me give you a couple of examples, because I want you to see yourself in this, right? I want to

consultant offer, right, a framework you maybe you’ve even seen your company pay

consultants 10k 50k 100k to a consultant to do things that you know you know how to do,

right? But what that consultant did was they packaged their offer. They created. This package,

right? So you can do the same thing. We do this with people every single day. In the disability

salon, you can create a done with you offer right, pairing your guidance with your clients

actions, right? And this is so perfect if you’re a woman that loves mentoring and collaboration,

right? This might be an offer that you can work on. Maybe your offer is advisory, your

perspective, your problem solving expertise that becomes the product. And this is where

women of a certain age shine, right? Because we’ve got years of experience distilled into this

strategy. These examples are the kinds of things that you’re actually your people are actually

looking for, and they’ll mirror your actual client results, right? So you want to think about the

possibility, and there’s more. I mean, that’s just three, you know, consultant done with your

advisory, I could probably list 20, right, check, check. Just think a little bit about what is it that

you do that that can be repackaged into this high ticket offer. Maybe you’re a coach and you’ve

got a three month coaching package and it’s $5,000 and I if I say to you, Well, okay, what if we

front load that with a VIP day, and you can get done in one day? What sometimes takes you

two months in a coaching engagement to do, and then you still get to start the three months

you start from two months in right? Many people will pay for that fast action jump, right? So

you’re not even charging more. You’re just you’re just taking, you’re saying, what other

amazing things can I offer to create these high ticket packages? Here’s the thing, my friend,

you have earned the right to be well compensated. You’ve put in the hours, you’ve put in the

years you’ve put in the emotional labor, you’ve got the Wisdom, right? Like I said before, this

high income offers are not about greed. They’re about alignment. They’re about creating

packages that really align with the kinds of things your your prospects are looking for and are

willing to invest in and are looking and you can create a way that it’s win, win, right. Wealth

amplifies your impact. It amplifies your freedom. It amplifies your ability to choose. You know

so many women I speak to have these big impact dreams, right? Big dreams require big cash,

right? So you are allowed to step into prosperity. You are allowed to receive. You are not

waiting for permission anymore. So you’re stepping into this new identity and this income that

matches your brilliance. This is the rich woman reset. This is your moment. I will see you in the
