In this episode of the Rich Woman Reset, we explore why visibility hits differently at midlife, and why your lived experience is the very thing that makes you magnetic, trusted, and ready for your next chapter.

About This Episode & Highlights:
Many women fear that pivoting means starting over or losing ground. Yet the truth is exactly the opposite: you’re not starting over — you’re starting from wisdom, emotional intelligence, resilience, and decades of credibility you’ve already earned.
This conversation helps you recognize the authority you already carry, and why now is the time to let yourself be seen, supported, and expanded.
What We Cover in This Episode:
Why reinvention at midlife is a strategic advantage
You bring experience, emotional intelligence, network richness, and clarity that younger professionals simply cannot replicate. Your authority is rooted in who you’ve become.
The power of lived credibility and grounded presence
Your capacity to speak with confidence and discernment creates instant trust. People feel your steadiness.
The three types of reinvention
We explore three powerful reinvention pathways:
- Expansion reinvention: You’re not done — you’re adding on.
- Reclamation reinvention: You reclaim your voice, power, or spotlight.
- Liberation reinvention: You release roles or identities that no longer fit.
How visibility fuels every reinvention journey
Visibility shortens the transition, attracts aligned collaborators, brings in income during the pivot, and helps you step into your next identity faster.
Key Takeaways

Karen, hello and welcome back to the rich woman reset this sacred December container where
you and I are resetting what it means to be seen, valued and paid as a woman in her next
chapter. Today, we’re talking about something every thought leader, consultant, author,
business leader and expert needs a visibility pipeline, not a funnel, not content chaos, a calm,
steady flow of opportunities that keep you booked year round. This can be magnetic. Let’s build
yours. So first we’re going to talk a little bit about why I feel like this is this this piece right here
is what’s keeping so many women stuck. So many of us are showing up inconsistently because
we’re overwhelmed. And listen, I can relate to that. It is December 2026, when we’re recording
these. And you know, post Thanksgiving, pre Christmas, life is a little crazy. You know, I was,
before I recorded this, I ran downstairs and threw a load of laundry and answered the door for
the Amazon guy, and you know, all the things we’re doing in December. So So you try to post
or comment or email or network or pitch without a structure when there’s no structure visibility
feels like even more emotional labor. But when this becomes a pipeline, when you create an
exact plan for this visibility, it becomes easeful, predictable and grounding. So here’s the deal,
you’re not inconsistent. Life is inconsistent. You’re just unsupported and maybe not as
organized with this as you could be. But once your visibility has a home, you rise naturally,
because this visibility is the magnet that attracts opportunities to you when it’s done properly.
So what is, exactly, is a visibility pipeline? A visibility pipeline is, it’s a simple, repeatable
system that keeps you top of mind. It’s, in fact, in our visibility salon, we just did a full blown
visibility marketing planning session for 2026 and it’s not how many. I mean, yes, we’re
thinking about how many clients and how many opportunities we want to land, but to do that,
how much? What are the visibility things we need to have first, right? How many podcasts Do
you want to get interviewed on? How many joint ventures Do you want to do? Those are the
kinds of things that when you do that consistently, it brings more consistency to your
marketing, to your income. So this simple, repeatable system, it keeps you top of mind because
you’re consistently doing these visibility tasks right. It’s giving you a steady present in all the
right places, and it’s a rhythm, not a race and not a struggle and not a hustle, and it’s a simple,
sweet little blend of identity and relationship and strategy. So this pipeline has three layers.
Okay? Layer number one, who you are, right? You, we’ve talked about this, but your identity as
you’re stepping into your next chapter. Who is who is it that you are stepping into your voice, your authority, your energy. This is the foundation of your visibility strategy and your visibility
pipeline. And then the next piece is who you talk to, right? I don’t want to get interviewed on
any podcast, right? I want to get interviewed on podcasts that speak to the exact right people
that I think will feed my business. Who is, you know, who are the right people that I want to
have in my network, who are the right people that I want to build warm relationships with, and
who are my strategic connections, all right? And then the third layer is, where are you showing
up? LinkedIn, podcasts, collaborations, DMS, comments, threads you want to speak in places
where your future clients or opportunities are already gathering. You don’t have to be
everywhere. The goal isn’t more. The goal is to be consistent and have a consistent, aligned
presence in fewer places where you can go deeper, not wider. It feels so good when you get
this right, right? And I’m telling you, it feels so good when you look like you need to be
everywhere. So if you’re listening and you’re thinking like, I want a visibility pipeline that feels
like me. I want this magnetic attraction marketing, not the hustle world. That’s exactly what we
do inside the visibility salon. We create sustainable rhythm for your next chapter. But for now,
let’s just keep deepening here, because we I want to move on to Section, to the next section,
which is, how do you build this pipeline, right? How do we build this pipeline? So the first thing
you really want to think about is, what is your thought, leadership, anchor, your one core
message that repeats everywhere, right? For me, I repeat a lot. I wanted to be more wealthy
women in the world. Visibility is wealth. Midlife is your most powerful career season, right? And
quiet confidence creates a loud impact. So this is what becomes my identity in my space. So
what become what are those messages for you? What is your core message? What is the core
message that becomes your identity? D in your space, okay? And then that relationship engine,
right? Your DMS, you know, listen, there’s lots of ways you can automate some of this stuff and
all for simplifying your life, but nothing replaces your actual presence, right? So your DM
present, you’re having actual conversations in your DMS on LinkedIn or wherever, right? Your
micro intros, your high quality comments, your warm reconnects, this is where women of my
generation thrive, because relationships are a superpower, right? You know it is. It’s so
interesting to me, because people look at LinkedIn as this, like left brain corporate space, but
really it’s where relationships thrive. So it’s where we can thrive if we shift the way we think
about this. So the next thing you need to do is think about your platforms. Choose one or two
platforms, right? Not five. Maybe it’s LinkedIn in your podcast. Maybe it’s LinkedIn and threads.
Maybe you know you don’t have to be everywhere, right? Nothing else is required. It doesn’t
mean you aren’t in other places. Right? For me, my relationships happen on mostly on
LinkedIn, show me through my podcast and lately on threads, but my podcast gets promoted
on other platforms, right? But it’s not as much me as it is on those other platforms, right? Does
that make sense? And then you have to have something that’s building your authority, right?
For me, it’s my podcast. So what is your longer form value that you’re bringing to your
audience? Is it? It could be as simple as just consistent, solid LinkedIn content. Could be a
podcast. Maybe you’ve got a YouTube channel, right? A carousel, a conversation dropped into
the world that that really makes people think and talk, right? These are the things that
positions you as the woman in the room that people trust. And then this next one, this next
one, number five, the fifth point I want to talk about here. This is the one I get the most
pushback on. And you gotta ask high earning women ask, they invite, they offer, they make
themselves available. Your pipeline must include a weekly invitation. I often say, must, right?
But if you you must be including invitations. If you want people to to invest in you, you have to
tell them how right. You have to ask them to do that, right? And here’s the thing this, this
brings peace if you are, where is it? If you’re watching this on my YouTube channel or on video
somewhere, like I have this like Jade peace sign that I hangs out in my office on my desk with
me all the time, because I’m all about bringing more peace into my life and into my world. And
the the peace that comes from this pipeline helps me stop feeling behind, right? You stop
chasing. You know exactly how to be visible today, you become more magnetizing, not becauseyou’re everywhere, but because you’re steady, right? And this pipeline turns strangers into
followers and followers into clients. And this is where women begin to feel powerful again, in
this world that’s making us feel pretty freaking un you know, disempowered, right? This is
where we can start to become powerful again. Your visibility is not a performance. It’s a
pathway. It’s a pipeline. It’s a rhythm that supports your next chapter instead of draining you,
right? You deserve to be booked and supported and resourced and seen all year long, right? So
I’ll see you in the next episode of the rich woman reset, where we’re going to talk about
reinvention and why your age isn’t a limitation, it’s your leverage. You.
