Karen, hello. It’s Karen Yankovich, and welcome back to our special December series. Welcome

back to the rich woman reset. Today, we’re going to be talking about a flavor of leadership that

most women crave but rarely claim, and that is quiet power, soft authority, presence that

doesn’t need volume to be felt, if the if the loud online world has ever turned you off and, and I

know it routinely turns me off, right? You’re gonna love this episode. So social media culture

tells women be loud, be everywhere, be everything. I heard somebody recently. I listened to a

podcast recently of somebody that said the algorithm favors you if you’re posting three times a

day now on all platforms, I was like, oh my god, it sounded horrible, right? It’s why I love

LinkedIn, right? Because on LinkedIn, the most influential women leaders are leading quietly

couple posts a week, right? We’re jumping into conversations. We’re leading with intention,

with clarity and with boundaries. We don’t need to be posting three times a day anywhere

quiet. CEOs don’t chase attention. They attract it. Their presence is their brand, and that clarity

is that magnet. And I love when I get to see our our clients and our students. Magnets start to

get stronger, and when they start to opportunities, start coming to them, right? Because the

strategies we teach in our she’s linked up visibility salon are all about how to create that

magnet, not about how to be loud and spam your network, right? So we, I want you, to focus on

quiet, leadership, responding instead of reacting right, intentional communications jump into

conversations that are already happening. Say less, but mean more. None of this. Love what

you wrote here, create meaning in the conversations that you’re having. Actually add your

point of view, actually be a part of the conversation, depth over volume, right? Be This is not

easy for me, by the way, but I have this written down because it’s an important. It’s an

important. It’s important for me to remember this. Be the calmest person in these chaotic

rooms. I’m gonna say that one again because I need to hear it again. Be the calmest person

and these chaotic rooms we’re seeing and choose strategy over speed, right? It’s it’s, this is not

passive, it’s precise, right? It’s precise. And if this quiet, grounded influence is how you want to

move in 2026 the visibility salon is where we practice it together, strategic visibility, without

the noise. But for now, we’re going to keep going to keep going here, because we’re not done

here on LinkedIn, your thoughtful comments feed the algorithm with more impact than posting

every day on your feed 100% it’s been proven. Many people do these studies, not me, because

that’s not I am grateful to the people that do. I purchase their studies right? Because I do wantto honor them for the work that they’re doing, because I appreciate it. The comments that you

make, the conversations that you join, are what feed the LinkedIn algorithm more than

anything else, a clear, magnetic headline that tells people who you are, who you help, and how

you help them does 80% of the work your profile is doing the heavy lifting for you. You have to

be out there shouting it. Your profile is doing that for you. Private conversations convert even

better than public content. Right. Jump into these DMS. If you see somebody that posted

something on LinkedIn that you love, DM them tell start an actual conversation with people.

Okay, it’s more important on LinkedIn than you’re that you’re consistent with these actions.

Then you do it 25 times a day. Right in our visibility salon, we have a 15 minute LinkedIn

morning ritual, 15 minutes because it’s that consistency that’s more that’s most important. You

miss a day. Is not the end of the world, but we want to be consistent with what we’re doing. You

know, you don’t need to be all things to all people. You don’t need to be a jack of all trades. You

can lead with your one signature point of view, because that elevates you above all the noise.

Now, you’re not like jumping into every conversation, like you know everything about

everything. You’re just like showing up as an authority on your one signature point of view,

right? And this is that quiet energy that reads as authority on LinkedIn right, like when you

jump into conversations about what you are an authority in and only about what you are an

authority, and it starts to have people start to see you that way. Right now, it doesn’t mean you

shouldn’t jump into other conversations as well, right? You certainly can, but you want to make

sure that you get you’re giving the most emphasis to jumping into conversations on LinkedIn or

creating content on LinkedIn around the your zone of brilliance, right around your zone of

brilliance. So today, I want you to choose one of these things. Yes, okay, where can you show

up softly but powerfully today, or what boundary strengthens your visibility? What boundary

strengthens your visibility, or what message or opinion is ready to be shared? Pick one of these

things, and feel that shift in your body that that happens when you choose one of these things,

quiet power is still power. Quiet visibility is still visibility. And when you learn to lead from this

calm confidence, instead of pressure, your impact becomes unmistakable. You are stepping

into your quiet CEO era, and the world is better for it. The world needs you, okay? We want

your visibility, but it can be done from a place of calm and not chaos. I will see you in episode

four of the rich woman reset. You.
