About This Episode & Highlights:
If you have ever felt yourself shrinking, softening your edges, or downplaying your success to stay comfortable or likable, this episode is for you. Karen breaks down why wealth is not just a mindset—but a nervous system experience—and how your identity directly impacts your ability to receive more visibility, income, and opportunity.
This episode invites you to step into the version of you who is calm, confident, and unapologetically visible.
Wealth Is a Nervous System Experience
Many women were taught to associate wealth with fear, judgment, or being “too much.” Over time, those beliefs become embodied patterns.
You cannot expand into greater wealth while holding a contracted identity.
Karen explains how your nervous system must feel safe with visibility, power, and higher prices before wealth can fully land. This is not about forcing confidence. It is about retraining your capacity to receive.
The Three Core Identities of a Rich Woman
In this episode, Karen outlines three identities that every wealthy woman embodies. These qualities already exist within you. The work is waking them up.
1. She Is Visible
A rich woman allows herself to be seen. She shows up clearly and confidently. Visibility is not a performance. It is her natural state.
She no longer hides her brilliance or dilutes her voice to avoid judgment.
2. She Is Valued
A rich woman knows her worth and charges accordingly. She does not negotiate with her old identity.
Her boundaries are loving but firm. She understands that being valued begins with how she values herself.
3. She Is Vocal
A rich woman uses her voice. She shares her perspective and speaks her truth, even when it feels disruptive or inconvenient.
She no longer stays silent to keep the peace.
What Daily Life Looks Like as a Rich Woman
This identity shift shows up in everyday moments.
Karen walks you through how rich women move through the world differently:
- They respond instead of reacting
- They pause before making decisions
- They say no without guilt
- They receive compliments without deflection
- They state their prices without shrinking
- They speak from truth, not fear
- They show up with calm authority, not urgency
This is not a loud or aggressive energy. It is steady. Secure. Sovereign.
Embodying the Rich Woman Identity
Toward the end of the episode, Karen invites you into a short visualization to help you embody this identity now.
You are guided to imagine:
- How you walk into a room
- How you speak to clients
- What you no longer tolerate
- What you trust yourself with
- What opportunities are magnetized to you
Your next level is not something you chase.
It is something you embody.

Karen Yankovich 00:03
Karen, hello and welcome back to the rich woman reset. I’m your host, Karen Yankovich, and
this episode, this is the identity shift. This is the turning point. This is the moment where wealth
stops feeling theoretical and starts becoming a lived truth. Today, we’re going to explore the
identity of a woman who is rich, who is visible, and who is unapologetic about it, and how you
can begin to step into that and step into her today, right? So we’re going to breathe into this
one together here. I truly believe that wealth is a nervous system experience. We were taught
how to feel about wealth, and we’ve lived these thoughts and these feelings, and we have to
retrain our nervous system to accommodate this new identity. You can’t expand into greater
wealth with this constricted identity. So you know, women are fearing that they’re too much, or
they’re being judged, or they’re being resented, or they they’re born, they’re worried about
being seen, right? So, so they soften their edges, they downplay their wins, they don’t share
their voice. They over explain, they apologize, right? But not wealthy women, right? Wealthy
women move differently. They trust themselves. They hold their desires, they inhabit space.
They allow themselves to take up space, and they allow and encourage visibility identity either
contracts or expands your capacity to receive. And my friend, this is something that I had to
learn and you have to learn right like this is something that we have to claim and understand
may not come naturally to us. So let’s talk about some identities of we’ll talk about three
identities of a rich woman. First of all, she’s visible. She shows up, she speaks clearly, she lets
people see her brilliance. It’s not a performance. Visibility is not a performance. It’s her natural
state. Her natural state is to be confident and to be speaking her her her mind and speaking
her voice, and being confident about that and letting other people see it right. She’s valued.
She knows her worth. She charges accordingly. She does not negotiate with her old identity,
right? Because we’re leaving that person behind, and her boundaries are loving, but firm, okay?
Firm boundaries. I had to learn that. Believe me when I tell you, that’s when I had her truly
learn. And she’s vocal, right? So. So in addition to being visible, she’s using her voice, sharing
her perspective, holding her truth, even when it’s disruptive, even when it’s inconvenient, even
when it feels a little like here we go. I gotta go. I gotta say, I gotta go. There these identities,
these three identities, visible, valued and vocal live inside every women, every woman, but we
have to awaken them. We have to awaken them. So if you’re ready to step into these identities
in community, with support, with amazing, beautiful women in strategy, the visibility salon iswhere this work continues. We expand your identity, your visibility and your earning capacity,
gently and powerfully, right? We help you become visible and valued and vocal, and we’ve
even got a free trial, seven day free trial. Details are in the in the notes below this episode. So
let’s talk a little bit about what your daily life looks like as this rich woman, you respond, not
react right? Don’t allow yourself to get triggered. And if you do, you recognize it, and you rewire
right and respond. You take a minute, you take a beat, you take time to think, right? That kind
of goes with the first one. You take time to think. You say no, unapologetically, okay, if, if
something is not a fit, you hold those boundaries tight, and you say, no, no guilt, no guilt. With
that right? You receive compliments without deflection. You say, thank you. When you get a
compliment, right? You state your prices without shrinking, like you’re saying, please pass the
salt you’re saying, and the investment for that is $10,000 or the investment for that is
$100,000 like you just said. I can you please pass the salt? Right? You speak from truth, not
fear, and you show up with calm, authority, not urgency. This identity isn’t doesn’t have to be
loud, right? It’s steady, it’s secure, and it’s sovereign. This is a sovereignty state that you’re
going to be living in. Okay, so I want you to kind of think about yourself as this rich woman.
Okay, so close your eyes for a minute, if you’re unless you’re driving, but close your eyes for a
minute and imagine. What are you wearing? How do you walk into a room? How do you speak
to your clients? What are you no longer tolerating? What do you trust yourself with now? What
does your bank account look like, and what opportunities are magnetized to you that find you
easily. Keep your eyes closed for a second, and I want you to think about one tiny way that you
can embody her today. You can do this. You can do this. Your next level is not something you
chase, it’s something you embody. So step into the woman who is rich and visible and
unapologetic and deeply rooted in her own power, and I’ll see you back here. We have a bonus
episode, and then we have the finale of our rich woman reset, where we declare your energy
for 2025
