It’s an infuriating statistic, but here’s the thing—I don’t waste my energy being frustrated. Instead, I see it as half a trillion dollars in opportunity. One of the biggest challenges I see among brilliant, successful women is their lack of visibility. They are experts, leaders, and thought pioneers, but no one knows who they are. And in today’s world, if people don’t see you, they can’t hire you.
Think about the most influential people in your industry. Chances are, you’ve seen them in Forbes, Entrepreneur, on top podcasts, or speaking on major stages. That didn’t happen by accident. They positioned themselves for those opportunities. They put themselves in rooms where their expertise was recognized.
I’ve had clients land six-figure consulting deals just from a single podcast interview because that interview positioned them as the go-to expert in their field. I’ve seen women struggling to attract clients suddenly start closing $20,000 deals because a media feature gave them credibility. I’ve had my own business explode from the power of visibility and credibility.
And here’s the key: It’s not about being more qualified. It’s about being seen.

The Truth About High-Ticket Offers and Why You Need One
Another major shift women need to make is elevating their pricing and positioning.
Selling low-cost services or charging hourly rates keeps you stuck in a cycle of exhaustion. The reality is, it is no harder to sell a $25,000 offer than it is to sell ten $2,500 offers. In fact, it’s often easier.
When you position yourself at a premium level, you attract clients who immediately see your value. You stop convincing people to hire you and start stepping into a space where people already trust your expertise and are willing to invest in it.
And let’s be clear: This is not about overcharging. This is about creating an offer that massively over-delivers on value.
I live by a simple rule in my business: If I charge someone $1, I need to know that the value they’re getting is worth at least $10. If I charge $1,000, I need to know they’ll walk away with at least $10,000 in impact. If I charge $100,000, I need to know they’ll gain a million dollars in value from it.
This is the mindset shift that will take you from struggling to thriving.

Karen, hello and welcome back to the good girls get rich podcast. I’m your host, Karen
Yankovich, and this is where we talk about how women build wealth, influence and impact
without burnout, and this episode is a little bit different. This episode is your wake up call. I
firmly believe that women with wealth change the world. They fund causes, they create
opportunities, they build legacies, but so many women are playing small under charging, under
earning, and waiting for permission to step into their power that stops today. You hear me, that
stops today. So if you’re feeling the pull to create more impact, more influence, to own your
expertise and to finally earn the kind of income that you know is there for you and be seen,
then this is an episode that you need. You know, there was a study done a few years ago that
women are that women were still making a half a trillion dollars, trillion trillion with the T less
than men for the same job. And you know, we can look at that and get annoyed, right? And it is
annoying. It could be annoying, but frankly, that is a waste of my energy. I look at that as an
opportunity. It’s a half a trillion dollars worth of opportunity there for me, and I want a piece of
that pie. So if you want a piece of that pie, if you’re ready for more in 2025 if you’re ready to

bit about that wealth gap that that I talked about earlier, right, that earnings gap, because it’s
not just a earnings gap, it’s a power gap, right? Women make less money than men, not just
because of external forces, but some of this, we create ourselves. We charge less, we negotiate
less, we hesitate to own our expertise. There’s another study that shows if there’s a job, and
there’s 10 requirements for that job, right? And if you guys want the sources for these studies,
DM me, and I’ll see if I can find them, because I find them, because I know that I have them,
but I didn’t, maybe I’ll see if I can find them before this goes live. But in any case, let’s say
there’s a job that it requires 10 things. Women will not apply for that job unless they have
every single one of those 10 things. Men will apply for that job if they have four of those things
or a few of those things, and then say, I can learn the rest, right? They negotiate. They don’t
hesitate to own the fact that they’re that. They feel completely capable to do that job, but we
walk away from it, right? So, so wealth is about more than money. It’s about power, right? And I
don’t so interesting when I was researching for this episode, I was struggled a little bit with that
word power, because I’m not really looking for power. But guess what? We’re living in a world
right now where men with power, when with money, have power. So maybe I need to get a
little bit more comfortable with the word power. And maybe so do you right? Because, because
that, because it’s not just about the money that money gives us more more power, more
security, right? More security and more influence. When women have wealth, they make
decisions that benefit communities, that benefit families, that benefit the world, right? And we
hesitate to go after it, and we hesitate to use words like power, or I hesitate to use words like
power, because I’m uncomfortable with them, and I don’t know how I feel about that, right? But
here’s the deal, I can’t wait anymore, and the women that I work with, they are ready to not
wait anymore. We’re they’re ready to claim their space, build that visibility, right? And start
positioning themselves as the leaders that they already are. You are already doing this, right?
You are already an expert. The world needs you to start acting like it, and I am here to lift you
up and support you with that, right? It’s at the heart of everything we talk about here at good
girls get rich. I want to talk a little bit too about visibility. Why I talk so much about publicity?
Visibility equals opportunity. Think about the names you trust, right? Chances are you’ve seen
these names like the people that are the most influential people in your industry. You’ve
probably seen them featured in Forbes or entrepreneur Listen, heard them interviewed on
podcasts or seen them on TV or speaking on major stages, right? This is how we they have
credibility, because we’ve they borrow other people’s credibility. Other people put them on
their stage, other people interview them, right? So getting featured in the media doesn’t mean
you’re more qualified than other people. It just means you’re seen as the expert. And we have
to do this. We have to go after this, right? They’re not going to come knocking on our door
while we sit here and soak up rays at the beach, right? And say, hey, I want this opportunity
now listen, you know how much I love that magnetic marketing, right? So we’re building some
magnetism into this, but we also there’s, there’s things we need to do, right? There’s things we
need to do in a limited fashion, right? I want to build ease into all of this that we can do, so that
we are getting featured alongside the most influential people in our industry. Does that make
sense? I mean, I have a client that landed a six figure consulting deal simply because of a
podcast interview, right, that positioned her as the go to expert in her field. Listen, I get I can
think of podcasts I’ve been interviewed on that have landed me over six figures, right? I I can
think of magazine features that I’ve been in, and these were things that I went after, right? Like
I said, Hey, I think maybe this would be, I’d be a good fit. I’d love to talk to you, right? This is all
stuff I teach you in our program, but there’s a strategy around this. It’s not just cold pitching,
right? If you have a podcast, you know, you probably get a ton of pitches, right? It’s not that.
This is not that, right? You know, another one of my clients went from struggling to get a client
at all to getting hired for 20k packages because her authority was cemented by press features.
You know, I remember going, I had an opportunity, and I was sitting in this person’s office at
one point looking to land this opportunity, and they said, you know, when I put your name in in
a Google search, 1020, pages come up. I’m like, Yeah, I do know that that’s what I want for you.
That’s why I’m here, because I can do that for you. I can help you do that, right? So the reality
is, if people don’t see you, they can’t hire you. Visibility is not a luxury in 2025 it’s not a luxury.
It’s not about ego. It’s a necessity. It’s a necessity. You need to be seen by more people. You
need to be seen as an expert. You need to stand out from the crowd in this crazy, noisy world
we’re living in right now. And you know how much I love this next topic, right? High Ticket
offers. This is the fastest path to wealth. Selling low cost services only, okay, only I’m not telling
you not to sell low cost services, but selling only low cost services, or even worse, hourly rates,
keeps women stuck in a cycle of exhaustion. And the truth is, it is no harder. It’s probably
easier to sell a 25k offer than 10 $2,500 offers, 100% it’s easier to sell a 25k offer than 10
$2,500 offers when you elevate your pricing and your position and you’re attracting clients who
see your value immediately, right? Because you’re not going out there just and remember, this
is not about overcharging, right? If this go back and listen to the last few episodes, if you need
to, this is not about overcharging. This is about creating an opportunity that where you can
massively over deliver. You know, I one of the things we do on our cheese linked up program is
we help you with these higher ticket opportunities, right? Whatever that looks like for you,
whether it’s a job or whatever a package. And one of the things that I’m committed to is, if I
charge you $1 for something, I need to know in my heart of hearts, it’s worth 10 times that.
That is worth $10 so if I charge you $1,000 for something, I need to know my heart of heart, it’s
worth $10,000 I charge you $100,000 for something, I need to know my heart of hearts, you’re
gonna get a million dollars worth of value up from that, right? And I that is, that is the tenant
that I stand by in my business. It’s really important. Because if you say, if you know that this
high ticket offer, this 25k offer, right, is really worth 25 you know, $250,000 it’s really easy to
say, and the investment for that package that we’ve been talking about here is $25,000
because you know, you know they’re going to, they’re going to get massive value from that,
right, when you elevate your pricing and positioning, right? I said this before. I want to say it
again, when you elevate your pricing and positioning you are you’re attracting people who
immediately see your value, right? So my shoes linked up. Clients have landed 50k corporate
contracts, an ungodly number of speaking engagements, right? Premium consulting deals,
simply by shifting the way they position themselves on LinkedIn and the way they position
themselves in the media, you’re you are already worth this premium pricing. You haven’t.
You’re not new to this, right? You did not just start doing this today, even if the title you have
now is new, the work you’re doing, you’ve probably been doing a long time, right? You just
need the strategy to position and sell this properly. So if you’re feeling that fire inside you right
