Ever heard of Age-Activated Attention Deficit Disorder?
While I don’t think it’s necessarily Age-Activated, you have GOT to watch this Youtube video:
Is this you? I know it WAS me. For years, probably more than 30, I was under the impression that multitasking was the only way I was EVER going to get to the end of my list. I had jobs that I was hired for because I could multitask like no other. YET, I was getting less and less done. At times, like in the video, I was getting NOTHING done.

Hahaha! That video is hilarious :). What an awesome post. I’ve had moments like that, but I’m very focused. Even when I go on a chain of stuff, I always get back to the point.
Right? Its so scary that it’s so freaking true!
I love this video – well, not LOVE love, but I think it makes a very strong point about how multi-tasking doesn’t work. Learning to focus on the task it hand is a skill that we must continually work on strengthening as we have more and more information at our fingertips. One of the biggest ones is how can we managed things like email and Facebook which can be either useful or distracting depending upon how they are used.
Lol awww, that poor woman! I can so relate. Meditation has helped me but what has also helped is in the morning writing down my 3 Priorities. They have if you have more than 3, you don’t have any priorities at all. 😉
Love the video!!! This coming from the multi- passionate woman who loves to start but doesn’t always finish!!!!
