You’ve been listening. Now it’s time to be in the room.

After more than 350 episodes of Good Girls Get Rich, something exciting is happening. I’m evolving the show — not replacing it, but expanding it — into something that finally lets you participate in the conversations I know are going to change things for women entrepreneurs who are ready to get more visible, more powerful, and better paid.

Welcome to Good Girls Get Rich: The Conversations. This is Episode 1 of this new live series (technically Episode 365 of the main feed), and I am barely containing my excitement.

Why I’m Evolving the Show

Here’s the truth: some of the most powerful conversations I’ve been having lately aren’t happening in polished, perfectly edited episodes. They’re happening in real time — in rooms with energy, where someone can say, “Wait, tell me more about that.” And that’s exactly the kind of room I wanted to create for you.

I’ve always said: most women are far more qualified than they are visible. That gap — the one between your credentials and your public presence — is expensive. It costs you opportunities. It costs you influence. It costs you money. Good Girls Get Rich: The Conversations is designed to start closing that gap, for you and for me.

The Visibility Gap: Why It’s Costing You More Than You Think

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. We live in a world where women are still being subtly encouraged to get smaller, be quieter, take up less space. And I’m here to tell you: this is not the moment to do that.

This is the moment to get more visible.

“The gap between your qualifications and your visibility is costing you opportunities, influence, and money. It’s time to close it.”

That’s the driving force behind everything I do — this show, the Visibility Salon, the new mastermind, all of it. And it’s why I’m showing up live every single week to have conversations that move the needle for women who are ready.

What’s New: How Good Girls Get Rich: The Conversations Works

Two Episodes Per Week

I’m not changing the solo show you love. You’ll still get a weekly solo episode from me, just like always. But now, later in the week, you’ll also get last week’s live conversation — recorded fresh on LinkedIn, YouTube, and our Facebook page every Wednesday at noon Eastern.

Carefully Curated Guests

I’m not just booking guests for the sake of it. Every single person I bring onto this show is someone I genuinely want to introduce you to. People who can shift your thinking, open doors, and help you grow. And when you show up live, you get to be part of that conversation in real time.

Real Visibility for You

Here’s something most podcasters don’t tell you: when you show up, comment, and share, I can amplify you to my audience. Your comment becomes your introduction. That is real visibility — and it’s available to you every Wednesday.

What’s Working in Marketing Right Now

I get asked constantly: what’s actually working right now? Here’s my honest answer — human-to-human connection. Full stop.

The tactics that used to work are shifting. AI-generated content is flooding every platform. Automated everything is everywhere. And in the middle of all that noise, the most powerful thing you can do is show up as a real human and build real relationships.

On LinkedIn specifically? If I had to give you one action item — just one — it would be this: comment on other people’s posts. That is what is driving growth right now.

What’s Happening in the Good Girls Get Rich World

The Visibility Salon

Our flagship She’s Linked Up program has been completely reimagined and made accessible. We took everything — all the strategy, the frameworks, the proven methods — and dropped it into the Visibility Salon, an affordable membership designed to help you start doing this visibility work without the premium price tag.

Head to visibilitysalon.com to check it out. It is genuinely one of the most accessible ways to work with me, and I’m proud of it.

The New 6-Figure Mastermind

We’re launching a six-month mastermind with one very specific goal: to help every single member bring in six figures in six months. I know that sounds bold. But I don’t say things I don’t believe. If we determine you’re a fit for this mastermind, I have zero doubt you can hit that goal — and likely blow past it.

Interested? Send me a DM. I’d love to tell you more.

Your Invitation

This is me calling you forward. I’m showing up live every week. I’m doubling the content. I’m curating the guests. I’m creating the room — and I’m inviting you in.

Here’s what I need from you:

  • Put Wednesday at noon Eastern on your calendar as a recurring event
  • Follow me on LinkedIn so you’re notified when we go live
  • Subscribe to Good Girls Get Rich on your favorite podcast app
  • Show up, comment, and let me amplify you
  • Tell me in the comments — what conversations do you want to have? What guests do you want me to bring on?

We’re co-creating this show. And that makes this something really special.

Episode 365 — Introducing Good Girls Get Rich: The Conversations

[0:00] Welcome & Why This Format Feels Different

Karen: Hey, hey, hey — hello, everyone! I’m Karen Yankovich, and welcome to the very first episode of Good Girls Get Rich: The Conversations. This is a new sub-series of Good Girls Get Rich, and I am going to tell you all about it today.

Karen: If you’re here with me live, please say hi in the chat and tell me where you’re tuning in from. There is something about watching all those different places pop up that makes this feel like such a moment. And that’s honestly one of the big reasons I’m doing this live — because podcasting has always been me talking at you. I really wanted to start talking with you.

Karen: If you’re catching this on the replay, you are absolutely in the right place. You are always in the right place around here.

[2:00] The Mission Behind Good Girls Get Rich

Karen: So let me tell you why today feels a little different to me. Today feels like the start of something bigger.

Karen: If you’ve been around a while or you’ve been listening to Good Girls Get Rich — we’re at about 356 episodes, so we’ve been doing this for a long time — you know this show has always evolved. But at its core, it’s always been about helping smart, successful women become more visible, more powerful, and better paid.

“My mission is for there to be more wealthy women in the world. Because money gives us choices — it gives us the power to donate where we want, to live the way we want, to show up the way we deserve to.”

Karen: And here’s what I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. We’re in a space in the world right now where everything feels noisy, a little chaotic, and different from what it’s been before. And if we’re being honest — in many places, women are still being subtly encouraged to get smaller, to be quieter, to not take up quite so much space.

Karen: I don’t think this is that moment. I think this is the exact moment we need to get more visible.

[4:00] The Visibility Gap — And Why It’s Costing You

Karen: Here’s what I know from working with women at the highest levels: most women are far more qualified than they are visible. And that gap — that gap between your qualifications and how visible you are — that is an expensive gap. It costs you opportunities. It costs you influence. It definitely costs you money.

“The gap between your qualifications and your visibility is costing you opportunities, influence, and money. And it’s time to close it.”

Karen: And here’s the other thing I’ve been noticing. Some of the most powerful conversations I’ve been having lately — the ones about money and visibility and stepping into bigger rooms — they’re not happening in my perfectly polished podcast episodes. They’re happening in real time, in conversations, in rooms where you can feel the energy. Places where you can ask questions, where you can say, “Wait — tell me more about that.”

Karen: So that is exactly what we’re building here. I’m evolving the show into something bigger, something more dynamic — something that actually lets you be in the room where these conversations are happening.

[6:30] What’s New: The Format Explained

Karen: We’re not changing the whole show. I’m still delivering a weekly solo podcast episode, just like we’ve done for over 350 episodes. And I know from analyzing my own listening habits — and honestly, my marketing data — that the solo episodes are what most of you want most from me. I lean toward solo shows myself when I listen.

Karen: But here’s what I was missing. I teach networking. I teach relationships. I want you to build relationships with people. I want to introduce you to brilliant colleagues and friends, and I want to introduce them to you.

Karen: So starting now, we’re releasing a second episode every week. I’m recording it live — on LinkedIn, on YouTube, on our Facebook page. Then, about a week later, we drop it into the Good Girls Get Rich RSS feed. So earlier in the week, you’ll get the solo episode. Later in the week, you’ll get the previous week’s live conversation. I am so excited about this.

[8:30] Why Live Matters Right Now

Karen: The difference with this format is I really want your participation. And I know how live streams go — sometimes there’s a full room, sometimes it’s quieter. But if you’re listening and you want to be part of the conversation, put noon Eastern on Wednesdays on your calendar and come join me.

Karen: LinkedIn is honestly the easiest place to find me. You can find this event every week in my LinkedIn Events. Or head to karenyankovich.com/facebook for our Facebook page. Come jump in, ask questions, share your thoughts.

“If you’ve ever listened to a podcast interview and thought, “I have a question about that!” — that’s exactly why we’re changing the show.”

Karen: Here’s the other thing: when you comment and share these episodes, I get to share your comment with my audience. That is real visibility for you. I have a pretty big audience, and when you show up here, I can amplify you. We both grow. That’s what is actually working in marketing right now — human to human.

[10:30] What’s Working in Marketing Right Now

Karen: I can’t tell you how many conversations I have every single week about what’s working in marketing. And here’s the truth: what used to work is just not working the same way anymore. What still works — what will always work — is human-to-human connection.

Karen: I saw a statistic recently — I wish I’d written it down, so don’t hold me to the exact number — but it was something like 60 to 65 percent of podcasts are AI-generated now. Maybe even higher. Obviously, this is not that. This is live Karen. And that matters.

Karen: And if you want to know what’s working on LinkedIn specifically? If someone said to me, “Karen, pick one thing I absolutely must do on LinkedIn,” I’d tell you: comment on other people’s posts. That’s it. Comments on LinkedIn right now are gold.

[12:30] Upcoming Guests — Get Excited

Karen: We have some incredible guests already lined up and I am barely keeping it together, I’m so excited.

Karen: Maria Fontana is joining us next week. Maria has built, evolved, started, and sold multiple businesses and has reinvented herself beautifully along the way — which is something so many of us are doing right now. She’s also a fellow Jersey girl, so the energy is going to be next level.

Karen: Vinny Potestivo is coming — one of my favorite humans. He is brilliant at branding, visibility, and helping you create content people actually want to watch and listen to.

Karen: Kapu Patel is also joining us. If you’re in New Jersey, you probably know Kapu. She is a phenomenal networker — and as I said, that is what is working in business right now.

Karen: We’ve got a great lineup coming, and I’m co-creating this show with you. So tell me: what conversations do you want to have? Do you want guests who talk about raising your rates? Getting more speaking opportunities? Landing more media? Let’s build this together.

[15:00] What’s Happening in Karen Yankovich Land

Karen: We’re recreating some things over here, and I want to make sure you know about them.

Karen: Our She’s Linked Up program — which we’ve been running for five or six years at a premium investment level — has been completely reimagined. We stripped out the one-on-one component and dropped all that incredible content into a very accessible membership called the Visibility Salon. You can check it out at visibilitysalon.com. It is genuinely ridiculously affordable, and it’s a beautiful way to start doing this work with us. Then there are always opportunities to go deeper with me from there.

Karen: We’re also launching a brand new mastermind. This is something I’m really passionate about. The goal of this six-month mastermind is to help every member bring in six figures in six months. And I want you to blow that goal out of the water. I want you bringing in a quarter million dollars in six months. I know that sounds bold, but I do not say things I don’t believe — and I believe it.

“I don’t say things I don’t believe in my heart of hearts. And I believe: if we think you’re a fit for this mastermind, there is no doubt you have the ability to bring in at least six figures in six months.”

Karen: If you want to learn more about the mastermind, send me a DM. I would love to tell you about it.

[17:00] Wrapping Up — Here’s Your Invitation

Karen: Okay, I’ve said everything I wanted to say for this inaugural episode. Think of this as your formal invitation.

Karen: Subscribe to Good Girls Get Rich wherever you listen to podcasts. Come join us live on Wednesdays at noon Eastern. Put it on your calendar as a recurring event — if you’re busy, you skip it; if you’re free, you show up. Find me on LinkedIn, on our Facebook page, or on YouTube.

Karen: I’ll be back next week with Maria Fontana, and trust me — you do not want to miss that conversation. I’ll see you then!
